rather its the intention held during them that is important.
But it was whilst having a play and trying this not particularly easy variation from the crane into my very first crane balance that I said to myself, ...
...what if I changed every thought of "I can't" into "you've got this".
You know the saying when the student is ready the teacher arrives?...
...Well only a couple of hours after I posted this pic to Instagram my new mantra was tested.
I arrived at my second ever Thermomix demonstration this afternoon to find my cousin caring for not just her baby, but that of another. And of course as I was trying to set up, both of them started to cry. Funnily, the other baby who didn't know me before today was drawn to me and would only stop crying if I held him. So there I was baby on hip attempting to set up for a demonstration I had only done once before.
And you know what, I kept telling myself "I've got this" and
I did !!
{see evidence below} ;)
So, what could you achieve this week if you kept telling yourself “You’ve got this!”?
When you believe you can, you’re half way there.
Energy follows thought.
So this week, if a challenge arises, know that it only does so when the student{that's you} is ready.
See what a difference it makes to tell yourself “you’ve got this!”
Because you do.
I believe in you.
May you believe in you too,
Txx
