Jo Phee is the Senior Assistant Teacher to the Founder of Yin Yoga Paul Grilley and has been travelling the world sharing her knowledge and wisdom in her trainings for over a decade.
I am blessed to have been able to train with Jo completing all 5 of her specialty modules and her 200hr Yin Teacher Training in Bali in 2017. And I was honoured to have also assisted Jo as a mentor teacher numerous times to further my understanding of yin in Australia, Asia and Europe.
I love nothing more than sharing all the knowledge and understandings I've gained in my yin nest circles and classes.
