PARK YOGA
Gain the benefits of a Gita/Hatha and Yin Yoga inspired practice to balance the mind and body inside and out in the beautiful surrounds of the South Perth Foreshore beginning again on Saturday 9th November 2024 to the last Saturday of May, weather permitting.
The Gita practice focuses on balancing the systems of the body, from circulation, respiration, nervous system to hormones, as well as the benefits of movement on the organs and muscles. The Yin inspired longer held poses adding the benefit of creating therapeutic stress on the deeper connective tissues and working energetically on the Chinese medicine meridian channels.
Within the hour, you will leave feeling balance, relaxed and ready to take on or simply enjoy the rest of your day and weekend.
This class is open to every body, identity, race or level of practice and is easily adapted to be dynamic for some and gentle for others.
SATURDAYS 8am - 9am
(9th November to 31st May, weather permitting)
For a limited time only, commit to park yoga with a 20 class pass for just $300.

Although the Yoga Creative is a beautiful studio based in Fitzroy Melbourne, I am excited and honoured to be teaching two online classes for their digital community via Zoom. Open to everyone from any part of the world that can make the following times.

CONNECT VICTORIA PARK
A beautiful community of people 55+ based in Victoria Park, these classes are a mix of hatha and yin yoga. Intentional and focused on mindful conscious movement, the poses aid the hormonal/endocrine system and work on the meridians/energy system of the body. They involve a mat sequence with a combination of limbering movements to warm up the body, breathwork as well as more active and/or gentle postures to work on both the inner and outer body. The poses in the class can be varied to suit all bodies and capabilities.
