Prior to our session there'll be a complimentary half hour call and a short questionnaire to ensure we are on the same page.
You will be guided through the Gita Style Yoga sequence, giving you pointers where necessary, suggestions for home practice and adjustments through words. This experience creates a deeper practice as it allows you to connect with your own body in a new way and gain new awarenesses.
These sessions are followed up with an email summarising what you learnt, suggestions for practices you can incorporate into your life and points to note relevant to your unique Self and practice.
