Reiki is a hands-on healing technique where the practitioner will place their hands on the recipient in a non-invasive way. We understand not everyone may be comfortable with this so please let us know your preference below. *

I'm happy to receive the reiki as described. I prefer not to have hands placed on me. I would love to have receive reiki for a a particular injury, ailment or area of the body (see my comment below).

These sessions are not a substitute for medical counseling or treatment. Your doctor will be able to decide if there are any medical reasons why you should not take part in Yoga.
