MYOFASCIAL RELEASE + YIN YOGA = MYO YIN SESSIONS
SATURDAY 15th February 2020, 2 - 3.30pm
South Perth Foreshore (zone 12) just off Meadowvale and Ranelagh Crescent. (map below)
$25 + Booking Fee
Join Natasha in the park for these delicious 1.5hr MyoYin sessions to stretch and relax you out in the beautiful healing surrounds of the South Perth Foreshore.
Combining the benefits of myofascial release and yin yoga, these classes are created to help you release tension and stress from the muscles and tissues of the body.
Myofascial release using ball techniques will be taught to release the trigger points and tensions held in the muscles. Whilst yin yoga will be used to create healthy stress on the connective tissues of the body with long passive holds in poses that promote their rehydration and regeneration. With the added benefit of being in nature grounding and earthing under the trees on the South Perth Foreshore.
This is the perfect balance to our often stressful, sedentary yang lifestyles. These sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and nourished from the inside out.
Perfect too for cyclists, runners and walkers who need a good stretch for their tight muscles particularly around the hips and thighs.
Suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.
Booking essential as balls for Myofascial Release will be provided.
